Atlas
Atlas technology plays an important part in choosing the proper sheathing product. Atlas Energy Shield sheathing provides an envelope of insulation that covers both batt and stud while efficiently protecting the wall’s 20% framing factor from energy loss. With a 7.2 R-value per inch, Energy Shield’s insulating power is confirmed as the highest of its type in the industry, based on long term R-value testing.

Block Filler
- Excellent thermal resistance. The installed R-value of EPS masonry block fill is higher than that of other commonly used materials. (see chart)
- EPS Block Fill generally costs 50-60% less than the commonly specified loose fill insulation.
- EPS Masonry Block Fill will not pick up moisture. When tested, EPS shows zero capillarity.
- Cleaner and easier use.
- Architects accept EPS masonry fill as an alternative.
- Meets all local and model building codes when properly installed. Flame spread and smoke development ratings per Thermal Foams/U.S. Testing Co. Inc. test report #88288
FORMULAR
Owens Corning FORMULAR is an extruded polystyrene rigid foam insulation offering:
- Exceptionally long lasting R-value
- Superb water/moisture resistance properties

Custom Casting
The exceptional properties of Custom Cast (FRG – fiberglass reinforced gypsum) and Ultra Cast (GFRC – glass fiber reinforced concrete) allow us to create or duplicate the most intricate designs and patterns with precision.
Ultra Cast (CFRC) is dense, insoluble, and unaffected by weather, temperature change, or pollutants such as sulfur, nitrogen oxides, and acid rain. It is freeze-thaw resistant and has superior resistance to windborne abrasion.
Custom Cast (FRG) has far greater scratch resistance than plaster and requires less touch-up and maintenance. In high traffic areas where extra-strong materials are desired, FRG-HIR (High Impact Resistant-Fiber Glass Reinforced Gypsum) Custom Cast can be fabricated.
